The cottage was clean and well-stocked, perfect for cooking. We enjoyed the mini-golf and evening entertainment. The kitchen layout is tight, making cooking a bit challenging. Would have preferred better seating options in the living area.

Clean and spacious cabins with a full kitchen. Outdoor patio dining enhanced our experience. The large pool, especially the shallow area for kids, was fantastic. Appreciated the complimentary laundromat and laundry supplies in our room. The adult-only spa is a thoughtful touch. Mini-golf and playground kept the kids entertained. Some units felt dated and in need of upkeep. Limited storage space can make things cramped. Noise from staff outside can disrupt early mornings. A convenience store on-site would be a nice addition. The location requires a drive to town, but access is straightforward. Staff professionalism stood out. A solid choice, but improvements are necessary for those wanting a premium experience.

The room was clean and comfortable, with sanitized blankets adding peace of mind. A fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals effortlessly. The temperature control was efficient, keeping the cabin cozy. My little one enjoyed the huge bathtub—definitely a highlight! Parking right in front was convenient. Noise levels were low, promoting relaxation. the pull-out bed could use improvement; the mattress was too thin for a restful sleep. Laundry facilities were easily accessible, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any requests. Wi-Fi worked well for us, despite earlier concerns.

Cute cabins, great amenities, but couch mattress uncomfortable for adults.

The unit was clean and the bed incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of hiking. Loved the spacious kitchen—perfect for prepping meals—and the huge hot tub was a treat! the outdated décor and furniture felt less than inviting, and the lack of heating turned the stay a bit chilly; even extra blankets couldn’t save us. A bit more attention to the small details, like room darkening shades, would elevate the experience further. With its close proximity to great trails and thoughtful amenities, there's a lot of potential here.

I felt totally misled by the so-called free stay offer. The hidden fees hit hard, like a $289 resort fee and a sneaky deposit. The whole experience was frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again!

Beautiful resort with clean units and friendly staff. Enjoyed the mini golf and evening entertainment. The layout of the two-bedroom units was a bit odd, as the second bedroom is separate. a nice stay!

Great room service and comfy beds made us feel pampered. The staff was friendly and helped us with local attractions.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but worth it.

The stand-alone cottages are so adorable and private! I loved the bright windows and full kitchen—hello, chef vibes! After a day of adventure, the heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi were the perfect way to unwind.
Can just recommend ♥️♥️

The place has a stunning garden that you'll want to take home. The pool is a nice escape, and having laundry facilities is super handy.
Just remember, only one car per cottage gets to lounge in the prime parking spots.

This place is ideally situated just a short 10-15 minute drive from central Sedona, making it super convenient for leisurely strolls to explore attractions like the breathtaking Red Rock State Park, which is only about 5 km away, and scenic hikes at Midgley Bridge, just 3 km down the road; the heated pool was a fantastic feature to relax in after a day of adventures, and loved having a kitchen to prepare meals during our stay, but the only downside was that it was a bit removed from the main hustle and bustle of town.

After spending my Easter getaway hiking in the mesmerizing trails nearby, the adult, only hot tub was a blissful retreat for relaxing sore muscles. The on, site restaurant served scrumptious early, bird specials, and having a kitchen in our upscale park model home allowed us to whip up our own meals conveniently. The resort's additional activities like mini, golf, ping, pong, and live entertainment added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
The accommodations were disappointingly outdated, with worn, out furniture and maintenance issues like chipping paint and grout problems. The cleanliness standards fell short as guests were required to clean thoroughly before checking out.

The unit we stayed in had a slightly dated decor, but everything was tidy and in working condition. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and appliances. The bed was comfortable for us, even as a tall couple, and we enjoyed the peaceful and private ambiance of the resort. One of the highlights for us was the swimming pool and adult hot tub, which were clean and not crowded. We also had a fun time playing mini golf, a nice added touch to our stay. The location, while not central, was still convenient with just a short drive into town. there were some drawbacks to our experience. The WiFi was a major issue, as it did not connect properly to our devices despite our efforts to troubleshoot. For travelers needing to work while on the road, this could be a significant inconvenience. the bed and pillows were quite firm, making for a less than comfortable sleep. the check-in process included a timeshare sales pitch, which felt a bit pushy and uncomfortable. The lack of drinkable water around the property was also disappointing. the communication regarding additional fees and the unsettling interaction at the makeshift parking pass station left us feeling uneasy.

Our family had a blast near the pool area, taking advantage of Sedona's largest heated pool and the amazing gated playground for the children. The front desk easily organized local excursions like off-road tours and hot air balloon rides—a family adventure paradise!
My wife says that the resort could improve by offering a dedicated kids' club program.

The small, hot pool was a nice touch, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. the well-equipped kitchen was a key element that made my trip more convenient. Right outside my room, I could park easily, which was quite handy. The location provided easy access to various hiking trails and outdoor activities, allowing me to enjoy the serene scenery and water creeks just steps away.
Although the amenities and location were great, the staff's reliability left much to be desired.

the layout was a bit tight but the kitchen was fantastic and there was a comfortable bed. the cottage had a nice dining area, and the overall atmosphere was very quiet and functional. i enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and beautiful landscaping, as well as the pool and hot tub. the staff were accommodating and the guests were friendly. we had a great time at dinner with live entertainment and even celebrated our anniversary with other guests who were also celebrating their milestones. it was a fantastic experience, and i will definitely be back.
Didn't dislike anything about the property 😊

The luxurious features in my vacation home felt like I was in a Hollywood movie. Touring the stunning red rock landscapes was like exploring another planet. The tranquil resort backdrop stirred my soul.
Who doesn't love being offered a time share presentation during their vacation? ! .

The place had mad vibes – like a chill adult summer camp. Huge space to kick back in after exploring. They hooked us up with free activities , from an epic 18, hole mini golf sesh to off, road tours. The front desk crew was top, notch, sorting us out with hot air balloon rides and tee times like bosses!
Yo, more lit nightlife options nearby would've been dope for us party animals.
